[Support request] DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT and iThemes security

I’m getting a DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT on GA GeneratePress head hook.
Is this linked to iThemes security settings?

this is generally set in your wp-config.php file. I am not sure if iThemes manages that.
