Disabled Content Title still showing H1 tag

Hi, I have disabled the Content Title as I do not want the pages title to appear before an image. I then added a H1 title. But all SEO checkers report that I have two H1 tags per page. Is that something I am missing?
Update - Sorry, it is not a generate press problem. I have two different page header depending on whether it mobile or not. Thats is the cause.
