Disable menu

hi. I have a site where I want to hide to top, horizontal menu, and place a menu in the sidebar instead. Could figure out how to disable the top menu completely, what it the procedure?
Hi there,
You can use the Disable Elements add-on to disable the menu on specific pages: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/
Let me know if you need more info :)
so if I don't want it at all, I have to disable it on every single page? No global option?
Global location is here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/
You can use Left Sidebar.
Screenshots can be uploaded to this site: https://postimages.org/ and provide the direct links here.
Thanks. Didn't quite understand about sidebar, is there a way I can have the same options for main menu placed in sidebar as in default horisontal view? Is there setup for multiple levels in sidebar-menu?
Not sure what you mean? You can set the main navigation to be the sidebar then the settings will apply?
***Edit: Sorry, I just found this on the side menu. Please ignore!***
Hi,
I know this post is four years old, but does it still apply?
I just followed the link, and watched the video, but there is no option on my page at the bottom to disable things like the menu.
Thanks!
