Disable featured image for custom post type not work

Dear Sir/Madam,
I read article from https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/remove-featured-image-on-custom-post-type/#post-337093,

}above CSS work but is it still the only solution? I use the Toolset Content Template, I tried to disable the featured image from the GeneratePress's Disable Element section but doesn't work.

You can refer to site I placed in private information, I do also change the featured image from Disable Elements as Enable.

You should be able to use the Layout Element:

On the Disable Elements Tab you can check the Featured Image.
Then in the Display Rules > Locations select your Firma post type.
