Disable Elements on Specific Devices

Is there a way to hide elements on specific devices? On the layout settings you can disable the Top Bar, Header, Menu etc etc. I was wondering if there was a way to enable and disable those items on certain devices.

Not currently but we can use CSS for now.
What elements do you have in mind?
