Disable Content Title

Am unable to disable content title. I have the disable elements module activated and whether I have content title checked or not, the page renders the same.

Then you should be able to use the eye icon beside the content title.

That title is added within Header Elements using the template tags:

You will need to remove the template tags from the header element.
