Disable ALL Page Titles and Featured Images

Hello,
I would like to disable the title and featured images on all pages (while keeping them on posts), but I want still want these pages to HAVE a title and a featured image, because these elements are used in other places.
Currently, I am hiding these elements with CSS, but I read that Google gives a penalty for that.
I would prefer if I don't have to do it for each page 1 by 1.
Is this possible in bulk? I use GP Premium.
