Different top menu on mobile

Hi folks,
I would like to implement a different menu for my mobile users. A good example implementation is the one used by the fine folks at https://klientboost.com
1. different logo
2. "get a quote" button centered
3. hamburger with the full menu
Since i have absolutely no idea how to implement this, i am asking for guidance and help from more experienced folks.

Hi there,
so first off you can activate the Mobile Header in Customizer > Layout > Header. This provides another Logo field specifically for mobile.
Adding the button requires a GP Hook Element which Tom covers here:
