Different Sidebars for different pages

How do I assign Right and Left sidebars to certain pages? So the Right Sidebar I have on this page - http://www.digitalhealthforum.co.uk/gp-online-consultations/ I would not want on the Homepage but I do want a right sidebar on the homepage with different content?
