Different shapes

Different styles of search and contact form on different devices. On the computer, the styles do not change at different screen sizes. How can I make the style on mobile devices the same as on a computer?

Not sure what you mean. So you don't want them to be responsive?
I do not want that when using a mobile phone, the search had rounded edges and there were shadows beside the fields.
Huh...I can see it on my phone but not in window resizing.
