Different layout on desktop and mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,
How can I use a different design for the layout on desktop and mobile? Expected result desktop ( https://prnt.sc/17t3u40 ) and mobile ( https://prnt.sc/17t3zve ).

Hi Kelvin,
You can do this with GenerateBlocks.
You can follow the column layout using Grid Blocks and then change the order of the columns on either the first or the section Grid Block so the stacking on mobile matches the mockup image you've provided.
