Differences in customising options

Hello,

We are moving a website we created from its development site to its new home.

My designer installed GP premium in the new site, which went well. However he flagged that the customising options are different in this new site and cannot figure out what is causing it. Could you help please?

My designer sent me screenshots to illustrate the differences but can't see a way to attach them...any way to get these to you?
