Design not switching to Responsive version

Hello I test my Desig with the Chrome Developer Tools, and on some devices GeneratePress is not switching to Responsive version (Not filling the whole screenn of the device).

Intresting is that after refreshing the design switch to correct responsive mode. Any ideas what here happend?

I'm not noticing any issues on browser resize and on my phone so I wouldn't worry about what the developer tool is showing.
