Delete objects from the navigation / header menu

Hi.
I want to delete some navigation options that are in the navigation menu but i can't find how can i do.
( I'm using the navigation menu as a header)
To make it clearer, my web is like this:

And i want to remove some objects like: toolbox and deals

Hi there,
go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus - select the Menu you have assigned to the Primary Navigation and then simply remove the menu items you don't need
