Delete Lead Capture Sample Form from Aspire

I have found at least three posts in the past asking how to remove the Lead Capture Sample Form from the Aspire library site. But, alas, no one from Support has deigned to provide an answer. I refuse to believe that it is impossible to remove. But if it is, then I would suggest that you remove Aspire from your library.
