Default theme appearing (at times) in responsive mode

Hello
As the site had been recently launched in MVP stage, I am unable to figure out as to why the default theme appears at times in mobile phones or through chrome responsive emulator when I have child generate press theme assigned

Hi there,
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
