[Support request] Pages are not optimized for mobile

Hi team,
Google webmaster shows me, that some pages on my web-site with image size more than 700px are “not optimized for mobile”. I have set Max Width and Max Height 700px for Medium size and expected, that for mobile devices GeneratePress would show Medium size images automatically, but it doesn’t work.
Could you please help me with this problem? What I should change in CSS?

No, it won’t.

Those images are manually inserted using WP’s image block, and GP doesn’t control WP’s core block.
You’ll need to manually select the medium size for image blocks.

When the screen is narrower than 420px, it chooses the size which is the closest to 300px.
