[Support request] Decrease front-page gutter between images

I would like to move the two front-page images so they are very close together (reduce the gutter size). I’ve tried using the browser inspector in Safari, but can’t seem to target it. Can you help?

Any specific reason you are using columns?

What if you just add them as inline elements?

I just didn’t know how to do it, so I used the generate press two column code.

I would recommend using Gutenberg Columns block, then just add an image inside each column.
