dealing with RTL issue

hey
i installed the Dispatch theme (magazine) and want to work in Hebrew (RTL language)
After reading some posts on the furom i thought that RTL is already supported inside.
After installation i see that the theme isn't RTL automatically.
you can see here how the sidebar isn't where is should be...
Can you help me understand how to make it support RTL better ? what is the process?
Hi there,
RTL should kick in as long as the WordPress setting is set to an RTL language.
I might be missing something here but the sidebar look RTL to me?
