I have noticed that when i try to deactivate license in my admin dashboard is does deactivate it, but once the client clicks the update license button in wordpress where the license was entered then it activates my license again, also i have noticed that when you click the box where you enter the license key, and inspect it, the license key shows up so they can capture it, and they could use it over and over again. why is it like that, should it not be ************ so not able to capture the key?
Hi there,
We're working on adding license key encryption to prevent this.
For now, it's best to not add or simply delete the license key if it's not your website.
Let us know if you need more info!
so why is it doing this also

The button either activates or deactivates the license if the key exists in the field. If you don't want it to do that you need to remove the key completely and then save.
but what if our customer just changes all our access? then we are not able to remove the license from the box, should be other way to deactivate our license just on our admin panel, since we only have 500 licenses we need to protect each and everyone of them?
Our website has no control over the websites using our plugin - we're not able to make database changes to sites from our end. This is intentional.
It's good practice to remove the license key before handing the site over to the client.
and how would the client get auto updates???? I would have to every time login to their website and add my key and then update for them and then once again remove key, and all over again each time?
Yes, until we add the ability to encrypt the license key.
Alternatively, they can purchase their own license key (via your affiliate link) so they then have control over their own updates (and can get support).
