Date stuck on March 26, 2018

Hello,
No matter what I post, the date shows March 26, 2018.
I do have the latest version of GP.
The General settings seem to be on the correct current date in the dashboard.
Why is this an issue? How can I fix it?
If I have to make tweaks in the CSS, where and how would I do that in the new "Elements" format?

so if you create a new post today the date displayed is 28th March?

Elements doesn't haven't any relationship to where or how CSS is applied. You would still use your child theme style sheet or additional CSS in the customizer. If you need page specific CSS then Tom's Simple CSS plugin will do that:

You're welcome. Sorry one thing to note with Elements - the Header Elements do have their own Element Class field. Which you can use for targeting them with CSS.
