I want a primary nav and second nav. and the logo overlapping like the example on this site

I think static if that means it is an easier solution that way.

so that site also has a Sticky navigation, ie. when scrolling the menu stays on the screen. It would be a lot easier to do without that, but we can help with either.
Are you able to provide a link to your site as the CSS required will be quite specific. You can edit your original topic and use the Site URL to share a link privately.
