Customizing Site Template from Site Library

Hi,
Apologies if this is a stupid question as new to generatepress.
I have downloaded a site template (FlixFrame Blogg). When I try and customise theme such as change logo I don't seem able to edit anything (or find where this is detailed).
Has anyone any guidance on formatting site template when downloaded.

Hi there,
The logo in Blogg is set using the Navigation Logo set in Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation.
