customizing h2, h3 in blog post

Dear all,
I'm a newbie user of Generate Press and Elementor Pro as a visual editor
I'd like to customize the different tags of my blog entries (I've created a template to use for the blog posts with Elementor) for my new online project I'm about to launch.

I wonder what can I do to customize the different tags (h2. h3, h4)

I'd like to obtain this kind of underlined titles for h2.

Do I have to install this plugin?

I'm using the child theme of Generate Press

I managed to add the necesry CSS style in the child theme through the WordPress Customizer
