I know this question has been answered many times and I have had a problem with this in the past but today I can’t get past it. I deactivated all plugins. Cleared caches. Increased memory to 256mb. I have the latest wordpress and GP premium. Nothing is workingMay 24, 2019 at 5:20 am #909573DavidStaffCustomer SupportMay 24, 2019 at 12:52 pm #910031Austin
I upgraded to the latest PHP, disabled all plugins, cleared cache, tried incognito mode, and it still is crashing. Could it be some settings or something in GP?May 24, 2019 at 12:56 pm #910037LeoStaffCustomer SupportMay 24, 2019 at 12:59 pm #910038Austin
It takes a while to load. Then once it loads, I can click a few buttons then it crashes.May 24, 2019 at 1:00 pm #910039LeoStaffCustomer Support

Wow Firefox works but Chrome doesn’t. Ok, thanks. I’ll see if it’s something on my end.May 24, 2019 at 1:31 pm #910050LeoStaffCustomer SupportJuly 16, 2019 at 2:13 am #958997Armin
Hi, just wanted to report the same problems we had on a single computer in our office.
Reading the posts here second time it gave me the idea for solving the problem:
Our Workmate used Dashlane Browser Plugin which interferes with the Customizer while loading..
Disabling it solved the problem. Try also to disable any other browser plugins as AdBlocker etc.
