Customized homepage layout

I really like the layout of this site https://gardenerspath.com which uses the GeneratePress pro theme.
I would like me new site to look like this. Is there a developer I can hire to implement these changes?
Cheers,
Matthew
Hi there,
that particular site uses Elementor for its landing page and the rest of the site is fairly straightforward with the GP theme settings.
Do you already have a site that we can compare as some of the changes could be quite easily achieved in the theme and with the WP Show Posts plugin. If you can share a link then edit your original topic and use the Site URL field to do that privately.
Thanks David, I've just shared my URL privately now by editing my original post.
So looks pretty similar apart from the home/blog page.
The free version of the WP Show Posts Plugin would allow you to create a static home page with categorised posts lists:
Really simple, the WPSP plugin allows you to create a list of posts, query which taxonomy ( category / tags ) you want it to display, set the columns and content etc. Then simply add them to a page using the shortcode it generates.
Just create as many lists you need
Thanks David, would you recommend that I use https://elementor.com/ to achieve the look I'm looking for? Would this be an easier option?
Cheers,
Matt
I would recommend starting with WP Show Posts first.
Shouldn't be very difficult.
If you feel like it's too difficult then give Elementor a shot.
