Customize the "Nothing Found' Results page

Hello,
Is there a way to customize the nothing found page when searching?
I looked for a plugin like I use to customize the 404 page, but couldn't find one.
I am looking to do the following:
1) Change the name "Nothing Found"
2) Have the term they search for highlighted in a custom copy instead of Sorry, nothing matched your search terms.
3) and if possible add an image.

I apologize for the miscommunication.
I am not looking for a 404 page plugin to customized, I used that as an example. I already I this on my site.
I am looking to do the same thing with the "nothing found" page when searching

you would need to use a child theme, and create your own no-results.php. You can take a copy from the theme folder or get the original template from here:
