Customize Post Meta

Hi Team,
I have done some customization to my post meta and I am one step near to what I want to achieve. Need your help here.
Currently my post meta is displayed like below :-
Published on: June 13, 2021 | Category:SCCMby Prajwal Desai
What I am looking for is shown below.

Hi Leo, any other ways to achieve it apart from block element ?. I tried using the block element and there is one problem. When i add the post meta template, i can display either the last updated date or published date. So if i choose last updated date, it shows the same for all posts. Where as with my current post meta, my post shows published date if it's new and if the post is updated, it shows last updated. Can we have the same setting in block element - post template ?.
