customize.php > colors >Secondary Navigation not working

Hi,
I'm making a nowe website wit elementor pro and GeneratePress pro and using the customize.php I'm not able to change colors of the Secondary navigation bar. I know I can change it with Css but i'm worried if I have to do it with other settings.
I've tried to delete the child-theme and the theme. But when I install them again the same issue continue.
Hi there,
It looks like site Navigation is built with Elementor. The GP Customiser only works with the GP Navigation, it won't effect an Elementor built nav.
