[Resolved] Customize blog post entries on a category page in Read Theme

Looking to customize my blog post entries on my category pages in Read Theme.

Is it possible to, for example, remove the author in the entry meta?

I’d also like to add an excerpt of the blog post instead of having a link that says “Read More” preceded by three dots.
