Customiser > Typography - missing options

I want to change the font size and weight of both primary and secondary navigation, but these are not in the Customiser > Typography.
All I see is General, then H1, H2, H3.
H4, H5, H6 missing as are menus, widgets and footer typography - in fact all the options I see on other websites.
What I have noticed is that in the GP modules page, Typography is off, with the button saying Activate. It also says:
"Typography
This module has been deprecated. Switch to our dynamic typography system in Customize > General instead."
But in customize General, its as above - all the settings are gone.
Can this be looked at please, strange that to get it working again I have activated a deprecated module.
