Customiser not loading and other issues

Hi there
Sorry about this but I am having several issues that I am hoping for help with that emerged this evening.
At the moment the customiser isn't loading anything at all. I have disabled all plugins and just run the theme and still nothing. I deactivated all the GP premium elements and the customiser didn't load.
Before I noticed this however I had noticed that products were not loading correctly on mobile. Several products were not displaying options or the simple description at all.
I suspected a menu plugins it was newly added and disabled it as well as the child theme. But then noticed the customiser wasn't loading. My troubleshooting hasn't worked out what's causing the problem or how to fix. I am on all latest versions of Generate Press ad GP premium as well as Wordpress.
Any advice appreciated as site is down right now in maintenance mode.
Hi Cliff,
That sounds strange.
Can you start by creating a staging site and give us dashboard access with all plugins disabled except GP Premium and the parent theme activated?
Thanks.
Hi Leo
Thanks I have created a staging site which is a complete clone of the live site and the problem is still evident.I have added you as a user and have sent the login privately.
Thanks Cliff
Just tested and didn't experience the issue:

Can you try a different browser or incognito mode?
Hi Leo, thank you for doing that it was very useful. Safari in both modes still didn't work although Chrome did work. Another machine with Safari is working correctly so it seems I have somehow corrupted Safari on the main machine. For information the trigger for this was Woocommerce not displaying products correctly on iPhone. We realised the iPhones are running the latest iOS 15 and are not showing products responsively. Assuming that's the problem there. Will need to work further on what's caused the issue in Safari on my working mac.
Either thanks for helping to isolate the problem.
warm regards
Cliff
No problem :)
