I’d be nice to be able to customise the two different “Menu” navigation names.

You can currently edit the Secondary Nav one in the options – but there’s no option for the primary nav label.
I just went in and added a filter into the core, so when 1.2.4 comes out, you’ll be able to easily change the wording with a simple function 🙂
I’ll revisit this thread when that version comes out with the specific function.
