Custom URL Structure
1 reply · Started by Gary on April 1, 2022
Hi,
I am looking to add new pages to my site, which are to sit as part of a uniform URL structure.
For example, the first page will be URL.co.uk/loan/type/ - the issue is that I don't yet have the page URL.co.uk/loan/ - so I'm struggling to add the URL in the format that I'd like to.
Is there a way to add the page /loan/type/ if I don't already have the /loan/ page in the URL structure?
Thanks for your support as ever!
Hi Gary,
The permalink structure is entirely handled by WordPress core so the theme cannot control it.
Please take a look at this article:

Perhaps the Custom Structure would be what you are looking for.
Hope this helps :)
