Custom header for each page

I know you can have a custom header image or text on each page, but can I have both? And where would that be setup?

Are you referring to the picture section under the navigation?
If so you can use the Page Header addon. The video in the link shows you how to add both image and text.

Thank you so much this post is very helpful. I was looking for this option for a very long time already as I need to have a different header image on each page. I just have one question what are the dimensions that can be used for image inserted in the header ?

This thread is a bit old and page header has actually been replaced with the new Header Element in GP Premium 1.7:

The image size completely depends on your container size and personal preference.
