[Support request] Custom Fonts in GP / Elementor

1. I have uploaded custom fonts in Elementor
2. If I use the headline widget from Elementor my headings look different compared to when used in a text widget

Qs:
– GP comes with heading settings in customize, all font sizes are applied on all Elementor headings, thats consistent
– my GP Font setting is on “inherit” (font family) – how can I get the custom font there I already uploaded for Elementor (could that be the issue?)
– Or does the Elementor text widget has nothing to do with GP settings and having the font added in GP would not change my problem.

I have set up a demo site where I have the text widget with the headings, compared to the headings elements.
My goal is that headings look the same, if used in text widget or used as heading elements.

Hi there,

Elementor Custom fonts only work within the Elementor editor.
You would have to install the fonts locally within the Theme if you want to set them in the Customizer.
