Custom Featured Post carousel on home page

Hi there,

Sorry this might not be a Generatepress question but I am hoping you can point me in the right direction.

I am creating this tour site - https://dev.scenichelicopters.com.au/margaret-river-helicopter-flights-and-tours

I am really happy with how the tour results look and would love for this to also be used as a featured post carousel on the home page. I am about to use WPShow Post Pro to do something but wondering if there is a way that I can reuse the code from the results.php page to create this on the home page. I had originally created a similar (slightly better) design using the Elements Content template with the archive page but this isn't usable.

Anyway I realise not quite GeneratePress but I am hoping you can point in the right direction!
