Custom category pages creation

Hello everybody,
This is my first post. First of all let me say that GeneratePress Pro is a great theme, I like it very much.
Here is my problem: some time ago I read an article in the documentation about how to make a page to act as a category page. I think (but I'm not sure) that article was in Documentation > Pro Modules > Blog but now I can't find it.
Please, can you help me to find that article so I can create my own category pages and customize them using Elementor Pro or Gutenberg?

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately it is not that post.
I thought there was a simpler way to create and customize category pages.
At this point, I think I'll use Elementor Pro.
