Custom bulleted lists

I am using the "custom bulleted lists" plugin for bullet lists on my page. They appear on the desktop site. However, they show up as squares on mobile and table sites. I am using autoptimize plugin, I did a troubleshoot of plugin conflict by deactivate it and didn't notice a difference. Willing to use another plugin for bullet lists if it is more compatible (need check marks, plus signs and wrenches if available.

It's not working for me on desktop either.
Can you try #1 here to eliminate all plugin conflicts?

I was able to identify a conflict between the "Custom Bulleted Lists" Plugin and the "Webcraftic Clearfy – WordPress optimization plugin" Plugin. It appears to be working now. Thank you!
