custom excerpt not showing, generated either

I can only see the three dots, no excerpt. i use custom excerpt in one post but nothing in other and any of both shows nothing more than the three dots alone...

can you provide a link to the site? You can edit your original topic and use the Site URL field for privacy.
Sorry, this is happening with other themes too so it must to be something related to plugins or whatever...
The problem was related to multilanguage bestwebsoft plugin...
