[Resolved] CTA Buttons on Home Page

I’m trying to replicate the current Generate Press website (especially the buttons). and I can’t seem to find any info on how to do it.

I want to add CTA Buttons (for the purpose of Email subscription on my home page).

Do I need to install a special type of Builder? I’m only using Gutenberg.
