Do you get the same error if you switch over to a twenty series WordPress theme temporarily?

So that would be a WordPress bug. Sounds like it’s from Gutenberg.

Those elements are new in WordPress 5.0, as they’re a part of the new block editor.

Looks like some issues with their stylesheet. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, though. They’ll likely fix it soon 🙂
