CSS Styles Delayed Opening

Good afternoon!

Pre-info: The site was built using Elementor and I do have a child theme.

I noticed that when I load the site, while it's fast, the CSS from Elementor and my child theme take a split second to load (so it looks like no styles are applied very briefly).

I asked in some groups why this might be and I was told that it's because the CSS that loads needs to be in a different order (Elementor CSS, Child CSS, Parent CSS).

Is this true? Any potential problems this might create if I try to accomplish this?
