CSS code withh z-index for transparent heading
1 reply · Started by Robert on October 11, 2019
Hi
I try to make a transparent background for the heading (logo + MENU) on http://www.domgaz.eu
and then move my slider max. to the top (the slider should be then the background for the MENU)
unfortunely if I move the slider to the top, its cover to 100% the logo and MENU
Can I lift up the logo + menu with the z-index?
if YES: how should looks the code for the z-index in CSS?

Hi there,
you could use the Header Element and set it to have a Merged Site Header:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/
More details on merged header:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/transparent-header-and-navigation/
If the Header Element has no content it will merge with the page.
