CSS code does not respond

Hi,
I'm trying to change the max width of the mobile version but my code doesn't seem to respond. The maximum width is now at 768px but want 1024px instead. Do you have any idea what the error can be?
There is a code now that has 768 px as max.

are you trying to make it so the mobile menu appears at the larger screen size?
No, i´m triyng to make it so the widgets under the page header will appear as same it does on the mobile.
So the elements like the: Oförändrade priser 2019, Sortera värmeljusen rätt etc,
If so then they are content that is not reliant on the Themes mobile responsiveness, i assume they have been added using a pagebuilder if so then you would need to edit the reposnsive settings it provides. Let me know.
