Add a topic on Knowledge Base Page to “Breakpoints” used in GeneratePress.

It is a popular topic, I’m just not overly satisfied with how difficult it is to achieve currently.
I’m working on a much more simple solution, I just have to make it work with all of the caching/minifying plugins out there.
Wondering if there were any significant changes/mentioned simple solution to date?
Adjusting the mobile menu breakpoint is an option in the Customizer now.
Other than that, it still requires CSS to overwrite some of the breakpoint stuff.
