creating tab

Hi!
I would like to create some tabs in a page. Is it possible with the theme, Generate Blocks or some CSS?
In the tab, I want to display photos in gallery (mansory style), so I'll need to be able to plug a plugin with a shortcode.
To me, it doesn't look your theme and plugin can do this. I tried some (free) plugins but they didn't meet the requirements.
Any ideas?

Neither GP or GB has this feature built in.
Your best bet would be using a plugin which does this unfortunately.
