Creating Landing/Main Page

I am trying to create the main page of this website: http://78s.b5b.myftpupload.com/
As you will see, there is the title "Home" at the top between the menu and the picture. I would like do be able to create a "home" page or main page without this title. In other words, I want the content (in this case, the picture and description of the organization) to be directly under the menu with the title "Home."
1. How do I create a main page without this title "home"?
2. Amy I doing this all wrong and need to create a main page differently?
Thanks.
Hi there,
you can use the disable Elements module to remove the Content Title:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/
To push the content up to the header - Customiser > Layout > Container - set Content Layout to One Container and reduce your top padding accordingly.
Thank you, this is VERY helpful. If you will allow me a few follow up questions:
1. When I installed GeneratePress premium, I activated all of the add ons. Was that a mistake? Should I deactivate them until I know what they do?
2. Do you all have a guide/link to explain what each add on does?
Thanks so much.
You're welcome. Guide to modules:
https://docs.generatepress.com/collection/add-ons/
Just a note, that GPP 1.7 is about to launch, so the Page Headers Modules and the Hooks Module will be replaced with Elements, so if you haven't used either of them yet then worth waiting a couple of days :)
Not an issue activating them all, it won't effect your sites front end loading, they only do something if you use them :)
Thank you.
You're welcome
