How do I create a search bar inside a single page searching only for keywords on that specific page and not site-wide?

I would like to create a glossary and add the search function inside the glossary page.

You can use the search block from WP core to insert the search bar:

This is something you will need to check with WP’s support team. Hopefully they have a filter for the search block so you can modify the search query.
