Create prebuilt templates that utilize GeneratePress / GenerateBlock as the base

I'm looking into creating prebuilt templated sites for customers to purchase/use with the GeneratePress / GenerateBlocks framework. I dig how the Site Library is, but do not see how I could use it as a mechanism or some other part of GP/GB to implement my own designs to sell.
Is this possible with GeneratePress? Am I missing seeing documentation or a support post that goes over this?

Other than that, you can try studying the files in the site-library folder in the premium plugin.
The site library module is quite complicated just FYI :)
